My Expertise

I am a capacity building expert with over fifteen years experience in the social impact sector. Over that time I’ve worked alongside thousands of small business and nonprofit leaders as a coach, facilitator and support agent. I’ve helped small but mighty teams of 1, as well as nuclear teams at larger organizations like Airbnb, Google and Meta take their next step toward success.

I earned my Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the New School, and as a former nonprofit founder I was named a Roddenberry fellow, Aspen Institute fellow and NYC/EDC fellow, as well as a BET network honoree for my work uplifting Black and Brown entrepreneurs in New York.
